Our Services
Three services, one approach
Each service is shaped for a different stage or type of family matter. All three share the same unhurried, plain-spoken character that defines how pasirlegara works.
Back to HomeHow we work through a matter
Before any formal step is taken, we seek to understand the full picture. That means listening to what the family wants to achieve, not just cataloguing the legal events that have occurred.
Listen
Understand the family's full situation before forming a view
Set out the position
Map the legal landscape in plain writing, without jargon
Move at your pace
Proceed step by step, with no pressure and no surprise charges
Reach a settled outcome
Work toward arrangements the family can genuinely live with

How every service is delivered
Confidentiality
Legal professional privilege applies to all communications. Information shared in a sitting or mediation stays within the firm.
Written record
We do not rely on verbal summaries alone. Every significant piece of advice or agreed position is documented and shared with the client.
No hidden charges
The fee stated for each service is the fee charged. Where court disbursements arise, they are explained before they occur.
Consistent practitioner
You will deal with the same practitioner throughout the matter, not a different person at each stage of a larger firm's process.
Singapore law, specifically
All advice is given within the framework of Singapore's Women's Charter, Family Justice Rules, and Probate and Administration Act as applicable.
Responsiveness
Enquiries and messages from active clients are responded to within one working day. We do not leave people waiting without reason.
Not sure where to begin?
Most families start with a Coast Sitting. It gives you a clear picture of your position and what the options are — without any obligation to proceed.
