Disbursements (court filing fees, service fees, and similar third-party costs) are not included in our fixed service fees. Where disbursements are foreseeable, we will advise you of the expected amounts before they are incurred. You will not be charged for disbursements without prior explanation.
All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable under Singapore law.

8. Disclaimers
Legal advice is provided on the basis of the information you supply to us. Our advice applies to your specific circumstances as understood at the time it is given. We cannot warrant that advice will remain applicable if your circumstances change or if the relevant law changes after advice is provided.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by written notice. If you terminate before a Service is completed, you will be liable for fees in respect of work carried out up to the date of termination, calculated on a fair and reasonable basis.
We reserve the right to cease acting in circumstances where we are professionally obliged to do so under the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules.
